Congress shall establish start-up fund of Rs 680cr for 68 constituencies if given power in HP: RS Bali
AICC Secretary of INC RS Bali Said that if come into power in Himachal the congress led government shall establish a start-up fund of Rs.10cr per assembly constituency amounting to total outlay of Rs.680cr for 68 constituencies in the state to provide interest and guarantees free loans to the youth.
Dharamsala, September 9, 2022: AICC Secretary of INC RS Bali Said that if come into power in Himachal the congress led government shall establish a start-up fund of Rs.10cr per assembly constituency amounting to total outlay of Rs.680cr for 68 constituencies in the state to provide interest and guarantees free loans to the youth.
RS Bali the son of ex-minister and popular leader late GS Bali was speaking to the media at Chamba on Monday after the conclusion of Rozgar Sangharsh Yatra which started from Chamunda Devi in Kangra district of the state on 9th September.
He added, “Congress will generate 5 lakh jobs for the youth. All vacant posts will be filled and other job opportunities will be created across the state. Jobs will be increased both in the private & public sectors.”
He said that employment opportunities will eradicate drug abuse.
Apart from RS Bali (AICC Secretary) Kuldeep Singh Pathania (HPCC Spokesperson), Neeraj Nayer, Chamba Block President and many other congress leaders were present.
