Congress will promptly complete pending recruitments as soon as govt is formed: MP Deepender Hooda

Rohtak, August 26, 2024. Congress MP Deepender Singh Hooda has said that the BJP has kept recruitments pending, is misleading the youth and are making them run around court for ten years, and is now trying to mislead them even as it is leaving. He said Congress will expose every lie of BJP with ease as it is spreading fake videos, messages and false news regarding recruitments and Skill Corporation

Deepender said that for 5 years, BJP kept the recruitments hanging till the elections under a conspiracy, sometimes on the pretext of CET, sometimes by leaking the paper. “Despite the demand of the youth and the opposition, the government did not complete the recruitments. For a month, BJP has been continuously making false announcements and to avoid being exposed on these announcements, it announced the elections before time and buried its false announcements under the code of conduct,” he said.

“Therefore, the unemployed youth have made up their mind to teach BJP a lesson, but instead of apologizing to the youth, BJP is trying to mislead them,” he added.

He said there is no need for the youth to be disappointed and disheartened because Congress will complete all the pending recruitments of the current government with promptness, as soon the Congress government is going to be formed in the state. He said the youth selected for the recruitments will also be given joining without delay.

Deepender said the youth should not get misled by BJP and should be fully prepared for the paper. Because the Congress government is going to make 1 lakh new recruitments in the first year itself. “All the recruitments will be done completely on the basis of paper and merit. For this, the party will issue a proper recruitment process and job calendar. It is the commitment of Congress to root out paper leak and recruitment mafia. All these commitments will also be included in the party's manifesto,” he said.

He said BJP is also continuously spreading propaganda regarding Kaushal Nigam, because as soon as former Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda announced that workers engaged under Kaushal Nigam will be made permanent by making a regular policy after the formation of Congress government,  along with better salary.

“After this announcement, the BJP hastily made a fake announcement of regularizing the skill workers. Whereas if BJP really wanted to do something, it had full 5 years, but it did not do so,” he said.

“During the previous Congress government, Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda had made 3-year and 10-year policies to make temporary employees permanent, but BJP did not make any such policy. BJP wants to grab the votes of skilled workers by just making verbal promises. Congress had given permanent jobs in the past and Congress will do it in the future too,” he promised.

Deepender said the present government has only exploited the youth employed under the Skill Corporation, because there is no job security for skilled workers, they are not given proper salary, no post and promotion, there are no exams and no merit, and no reservation is implemented. He said the youth always have the threat of being fired from their jobs hanging over their heads.

“Congress will prepare a policy to end this fear. Congress has also clarified that after adjusting the existing skilled workers, such contractual temporary recruitments will be stopped in the future and permanent recruitments will be done on 2 lakh vacant posts,” he promised.
