CONVICTION: CBI Special Judge, Indore convicted former Business Facilitator for SBI to one year RI

Jalandhar, November 7 2012 :  The Special Judge for CBI Cases, Indore has convicted Sitaram Patidar, the then Business Facilitator for SBI, Singhana Road, Manawar Branch, Manawar, District Dhar (M.P) and sentenced him to undergo one year Rigorous Imprisonment with fine of Rs. 2,000.

 According to the prosecution, a case was registered on December 1, 2010 against  Sitaram Patidar a Business Facilitator for the State Bank of India branch, Singhana Road, Manawar Branch, Manawar, District, Dhar on the allegations that  Sitaram Patidar had demanded a bribe of Rs.5,500 for sanctioning a loan of Rs.1.14 lacs (Approx) to the brother of  complainant.

The sleuths laid a trap and the accused was caught red handed while demanding and accepting an illegal gratification of Rs.5,500 from complainant.
