Cooking Without Fire Competition In DIPS Gilzian
Jalandhar, February 13, 2019: “Cooking Without fire” Competition was organised at DIPS Gilzian. It was a class wise activity for classes I- X. Students made very tempting dishes without using fire. The activity exhibited their great innovation and creativity. Blooming Chefs made various innovative dishes like coconut ladoos, Beatroot Chikki, Tangy Chaat etc. The Judgment was done by Ms.Mandeep Kaur and Seema Goyal and Principal Ms.Rekha Nayyar on the basis of taste,health,nutrition value and presentation. In this competition Class II,Class V, Class VII and Class VIII were overall winners.
The activity was organised by activity in-charge Ms.Seema Goyal under the observation of Principal mam Ms.Rekha Nayyar.
On this occasion, teachers Ms.Kamaljit Kaur, Ms.Seema Goyal, Ms.Gurpreet Kaur, Ms.Ramandeep Kaur, Ms.Parvez Sharma, Ms.Mandeep Kaur ,Ms.Rajni,Ms.Kulwant Kaur,Ms.Gayatri,Mr.Jatinderpal Singh, Mr.Jaswinder Singh and Mr.Viney Kumar were also present.
In the end Principal mam Ms. Rekha Nayyar appreciated the teachers and students for their efforts and encouraged them to do their best in future as well. She also guided the students to eat healthy and nutritious dishes so that they could become sound citizens.
Chairman of DIPS Institutions S. Gurbachan Singh and MD Tarwinder singh also sent his best wishes to the students.
