Countdown begins for Hampton Homes Mini Marathon 2019

Ludhiana: Krishna Pran Charitable Trust is organising Hampton Homes Mini Marathon (H2M2/1.0) here on December 8. As such, adventure seekers and athletes from all over Punjab will begin marking their way to Hampton Homes to participate in this event which will be the first edition. About 500 runners will participate in this 10-Kms-long run. Motto of Marathon is “Fight for Fitness”. The run is being held on December 8 at 6 a.m. starting from Hampton Court Business Park on Ludhiana-Chandigarh Road. The main objective of organising this event is to apprise people how important is to remain fit and avoid obesity. Registration for the event will close two days before the event. Overcoming the harsh conditions such as cold weather it is the ambition of many runners to cross this 10-Kms-long run who have varying experience levels and have practiced for this run. Hampton Homes Mini Marathon will be held at Chandigarh Road, NH-95 starting and ending at Hampton Court Business Park. Along the route proper arrangements have been made for medical requirements, traffic and security related issues. “Every individual – male or female of any age group is welcome to participate in this run”, said the organisers. Runners will get exciting prizes such as Rs.50,000 (1st position), Rs.30,000 (2nd position) and Rs.10,000 (3rd position) along with this first 30 runners will get vouchers of Apparel Bran Femella. Also, every participant will get Finishers Certificates, Medals, BIB, T-shirts and Refreshments. This event is being sponsored by Hampton Homes, Femella, Leaf berry & Findoc.
