Covid 19: Punjab Youth Development Board donates PPE Kits to health department
Appeals to corporate houses to come forward and support the Punjab Government in this hour of need
Ludhiana: Mr Sukhwinder Singh Bindra, Chairman of Punjab Youth Development Board today donated approved PPE Kits with support of NGO Club - 21, to the Health Workers at Krishna Charitable Hospital, Model Town, here. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Bindra said that Punjab is currently undergoing the situation due to the outbreak of coronary virus.
He said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Punjab Capt Amarinder Singh, if anyone is protecting the residents of Punjab at the forefront then they are our respected doctors, nurses and other health workers who risk their lives day and night, to save our lives. The Punjab Youth Development Board is committed for the welfare and development of the youth and people of the state.
In addition, if other organisations wish to contribute to this process, they can contact the district administration as the Ludhiana district has yet to receive additional PPE kits, N95 masks and ventilators. Where hospital staff will be fully protected by the PPE kits, they will be able to carry out this important task without fear. Mr Sukhwinder Singh Bindra appeal to the Youth of Punjab to follow Punjab government advisories and WHO guidelines.
