Jalandhar, January 12, 2022: Disha - an initiative, under the guidelines of Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, organised Covid-19 vaccination camp at Innocent Hearts. It was conducted in collaboration with the Civil Hospital under Medical Services. It was meant for school students aged between 15 to 18 (Students of class X and XII). The consent form was sent to the students by the school. After receiving their consent, the students were vaccinated.
On this occasion, children were accompanied with their parents. Dr. Nupur Sood (M.D. - Paediatrics) made the parents of the children aware of Covid-19 and said that the vaccination of this age group is mandatory.
On this occasion, Dr. Anup Bowry (Chairman of Innocent Hearts Group) and Dr. Chander Bowry (Managing Director, Health Services) said that for the prevention of Covid-19, children must be vaccinated. They also mentioned that prevention is better than cure, so wear mask, use sanitizer and maintain social distancing.
