CPI District Ludhiana organized protest against CAA, NPR and NRC

Ludhiana: The Communist Party of India district Ludhiana organized rallies, march and distributed literature against CAA, NPR and NRC in different blocks of the district.
In Sidhwan Bet a meeting was held which was addressed by Comrades Gulzar Goria, Bharpur Singh and Gurnam Singh Bahadrke. Com Ramchand and other distributed pamphlets on the negative impact of the CAA, NPR and NRC.
In Doraha a procession was taken out which was addressed by Comrades Dr Arun Mitra, Ramesh Rattan, Karam Singh Jatana. Others present include Comrades Harminder Seth, Niranjan Singh Darbara Singh who distributed handbills.
In Malaud similar procession was held and addressed by Comrades Vijay Kumar, Bhagwan Singh, Kulwant Singh, Principal Jagjit Singh and others.
In Machiwara the meeting was addressed by Comrades D P Maur, M S Bhatia, Jagdish Bobby and others.
The speakers in all these places said these have been brought to divert people’s attention from their burning issues and to split the society on communal lines. This will deprive large section of poor people from all religious groups from voting right. They called upon the people to resist these conspiracies of the government.
