Ludhiana, October 26, 2012: Police Division No. 1, Ludhiana led by SHO Surinder Mohan have arrested five persons allegedly involved in cases of snatchings.
According to police, the arrested persons have been identified as Karan Kumar of Chander Lok Colony, Sandeep Singh of Sherpur Ludhiana, Udai Bahadar, Sandeep Kumar of Kishor Nagar and Mohinder Singh of Ludhiana.
Police have registered an FIR under Sections 399/402 IPC at Police Division No. 1, Ludhiana.
Sharp edged weapons, including swords, and a motorcycle have been recovered from possession of the accused.
Police cases are already pending against Karan, Udai and Mohinder.
