Ferozepur, December 26, 2012: According to the Crime Report released by SSP, Ferozepur, a 13-year-old girl of Jeeva Bharian village was allegedly raped by a youth, belonging to a rich family, on December 17.
The victim belonged to a poor family and as per her statement to the police while accompanied with her father, she alleged that she was threatened against reporting the matter to the police.
Vibhor Kumar, DSP said that a case under section 376 of IPC has been registered against the accused, who had returned from Australia some time back.
