Criminals revenge due to snatching and collection of money in the area

Ludhiana, February 24, 2018: While addressing the press, Sh.Surjit Singh, SSP, Ludhiana (Rural) and Sh.Rupinder Kumar Bharadwaj SP/Inv. stated that Inspector Jagjeet Singh SHO Police Station Sadar Jagraon alongwith Police Party, on a Private Swift Car having Investigation Kit alongwith Laptop Printer were present at Canal Bridge Ramgarh Bhuller regarding search of bad elements.
SHO Sadar Jagraon received a secret information that Tejinder Singh @ Golu r/o Abbuwal PS Sudhar, Harpreet Singh @ Happy r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot, Ranjit Singh @ Manga r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot, Akash Kumar@ Kaku r/o Abbupura PS Sudhar, Lucky r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot, Mandeep Singh @ Manni r/o Professor Colony, Raikot and Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha r/o Ram Gali Mohalla sitting at Cremation Ground of Village Bodalwala having sophisticated arms are planning for decoity, theft at ATM and Banks.
To confirm the information, SHO send the Head Constable Chamkaur Singh to visit the place in plain cloths. After visiting the spot, Head Constable Chamkaur Singh, confirmed the information. On this information, case FIR (No. 106 dated 23-02-2018 u/s 399, 402 IPC, 25, 54, 59 Arms Act and 22, 61, 85 of NDPS Act) registered at Police Station Sadar Jagraon and raid conducted to arrest the accused and arrested the following accused:
• Tejinder Singh @ Golu r/o Abbuwal PS Sudhar,
• Harpreet Singh @ Happy r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot,
• Ranjit Singh @ Manga r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot,
• Akash Kumar@ Kaku r/o Abbupura PS Sudhar,
• Lucky son of Billu r/o near Talaab wala Mandir Raikot,
• Mandeep Singh @ Manni r/o Professor Colony, Raikot
• Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha r/o Ram Gali Mohalla
A case FIR (No.02 dated 04-01-2017 u/s 302,307 IPC) has already been registered against Tejinder Singh at PS Sadar Ludhiana and Akash Kumar already facing the trial in the triple murder case (FIR No. 53/2013 u/s 302 IPC) registered at PS Sudhar and also Harpreet Singh @ Happy burnt the Government Vehicle at Raikot in the year 2014 and case (FIR No. 106/2014 u/s 307 IPC Registered at PS City Raikot).
On interrogation of the accused, total 9 Pistols, 28 cartridges, narcotic tablets, syringes, 2 Khandas, one Kirpan, 3 Tokas recovered from the above said accused. In these weapons, 6 Pistols and 14 Cts are of 12 Bore, one Pistol and 04 cts are of 315 Bore, and 02 Pistols and 10 Cts. are of 32 bore.
There are two separate groups of Tejinder Singh @ Golu and Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha each. Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha threatened the other group on Audio Massage to Tejinder Singh and said not to enter in Raikot. Tejinder Singh @ Golu broken the arm of Sukhdev Singh @ Sukha and threatened him not to disclose the incident to the police either they will kill him. Their enmity is due to snatching and collecting the money by threatening the peoples. Golu group claimed that Sukha not to enter in Raikot area. Both criminals revenge due to snatching and collection of money in the area.
