Ludhiana, January 22, 2025: The PCTE Group of Institutes, Campus-2, proudly hosted the first session of the Crossbanding Event Season 6, which brought together 26 principals from the leading schools across Ludhiana for an enriching and thought-provoking experience.
The event began with an engaging session by Gurshminder Singh, Director of GRD Academy, Ludhiana, on the topic "Trials and Tribulations of a CBSE Principal." He shed light on the evolving challenges in parenting and education systems, emphasizing the shared responsibility of educators and parents in fostering child development and empowerment.
This was followed by an inspiring talk by Kamna Raj Aggarwalla, Marketing Director of GDPA Fasteners and Kari Technologies, as well as a renowned life coach. Her session, titled "How Do We Inspire Kids to Remain Inspired," offered fresh insights on sustaining motivation among students and creating an environment conducive to their holistic growth.
Both sessions received high praise for their relevance and depth, sparking meaningful discussions among the attendees. Topics ranged from addressing the factors affecting young minds to strategies for nurturing the future leaders of tomorrow. The session was followed by a lunch hosted by the PCTE students of HM Department, by presenting Satvik food in the category of Ayushman cuisine, which was appreciated by all for its healthy and traditional approach.
