CT Architecture students hold Case Study on CT World School
Jalandhar, November 25, 2021: Students of CT Institute of Architecture and Planning, South Campus, Shahpur visited CT World School for the academic purpose.
The study was done by students and the objective of this visit was to improve the practical analyzing skills and to make them aware of technicalities of a School design. It was a self-observing exercise, practical applicability of design in Institutional building. It also helped students to find out positives and negatives areas in the Institution as per standards. The students got to learn about the principles of design and the variety of zones, design of parking, open air theatre, classrooms etc. Ar. Aman Makol and Ar. Simran Sood accompanied the students.
Students also understood the basics of design. Functional aspect and working within the campus was observed and students could make out the flaws and positive aspects to be kept in mind while designing of University Campus.
Ar. Shruti H Kapur, Principal (CT Institute of Architecture and Planning) said that this visit provided holistic development of students and helped them to know the practical implications in the field work.
Present on the occasion were faculty members of CTIAP, and students of Architecture.
