In observance of World Cancer Day CT College of Pharmacy celebrated the global initiative with a variety of impactful activities. This year's theme, “United by Unique,” resonated throughout the campus as students, faculty, and staff came together to raise awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and dispelling myths surrounding the disease.

Jalandhar, February 4, 2025: In observance of World Cancer Day CT College of Pharmacy celebrated the global initiative with a variety of impactful activities. This year's theme, “United by Unique,” resonated throughout the campus as students, faculty, and staff came together to raise awareness about cancer prevention, early detection, and dispelling myths surrounding the disease.

The day began with an engaging Awareness Rally, where students showcased posters promoting cancer prevention and treatment, engaging the community in important conversations. Skits, speeches, and a poster-making competition followed, allowing students to creatively express their understanding of cancer awareness.

Dr. Sanjan Piplani, Principal of Pharmacy at CT College of Pharmacy, commented, “World Cancer Day is an opportunity for all of us to unite in the fight against cancer. Our students are the future healthcare leaders, and this event not only enhances their knowledge of cancer prevention but also empowers them to take this crucial message into the wider community.”
