CT Group celebrates National Voters Day
The CT Institute of Law celebrated National Voters Day on the theme of " Nothing Like Voting, I Vote For Sure ". The students participated in a declamation competition to celebrate National Voter Day.
Jalandhar, January 31, 2023: The CT Institute of Law celebrated National Voters Day on the theme of " Nothing Like Voting, I Vote For Sure ". The students participated in a declamation competition to celebrate National Voter Day. Celebrating this day was to make students aware of their voting rights. The students also played a Nukkad Natak to make the youngsters aware of the weapon in their hands by way of casting their votes. During this event, a declamation competition was also organized, which was based on the theme Nothing Like Voting, I Vote For Sure, In which there were three winners Arshnoor who took first position, Neha second, and Garima third. Due to this event, everyone also took oath on Voter’s Day. Advocate Madhu Rachna who is a social activist motivated the students to use their right to vote in an intelligent manner so that society can be made better. Advocate Harsh Bhatt who was the former joint secretary of the district bar association Jalandhar graced the occasion as a guest of honor and made the students aware of the value of their vote.
Dr. Yugdeep Kaur Principal of CT Institute of Law enlightened the students that there are ample people in India who due to illiteracy and poverty are unknown of their right to vote but as being the educated strata of society it is the prime duty of youngsters they should cast their vote in a wise manner.
