CT Group Commemorates Kargil Vijay Diwas with Tribute to Brave Warriors
On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, CT Group of Institutions paid a heartfelt tribute to the heroes of the Kargil War, honoring their bravery and sacrifice. The commemorative event brought together students, NCC Cadets, and faculty in a series of activities designed to celebrate and remember the valor of the Indian soldiers who fought valiantly in the Kargil conflict.

Jalandhar, July 25, 2024: On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, CT Group of Institutions paid a heartfelt tribute to the heroes of the Kargil War, honoring their bravery and sacrifice. The commemorative event brought together students, NCC Cadets, and faculty in a series of activities designed to celebrate and remember the valor of the Indian soldiers who fought valiantly in the Kargil conflict.
The day's events began with a solemn march around the campus, featuring students and NCC Cadets, symbolizing unity and respect for the Kargil heroes. This was followed by an engaging lecture on the history of the Kargil War, delivered by Colonel MNBP Sharma. Colonel Sharma’s insightful discourse provided a deeper understanding of the challenges and heroics of the Kargil conflict, enriching the attendees' appreciation of the soldiers' sacrifices.
In addition to the march and lecture, a poster-making competition was held, encouraging students to express their admiration and respect for the warriors through art.
Dr. Arjan Singh, Dean of Student Welfare at CT Group, remarked, “Today, as we commemorate Vijay Diwas, our campus stands united in paying homage to the brave heroes of the Kargil War.”
