CT Group holds e-workshop on soft skills: Demand at workplace

Jalandhar: CT Group of Institutions, South Campus, Shahpur organised an e-Workshop on "Soft Skills: Demand at Workplace". Divyam Aggarwal, a Certified Language Trainer, writer and Recognized Spokesperson by Ministry of Youth Affairs was the eminent speaker.

Around 194 participants from different streams like engineering, management, computer applications, commerce and others attended the workshop.

The key speaker enlightened the knowledge of all participants regarding the Soft Skills. The plethora of soft skills which are required at the workplace were discussed deeply in the workshop. He also made the students realize about the ample skills that are needed in one to make themselves distinguish amongst others. He then laid emphasis on communication skills because it is the way of expressing oneself to the others.  He also portrayed many real life examples to make it understand to the students.

Vansh Raheja (Manager, Centre for Career Planning and Counseling) said, “It was interactive, knowledgeable and very understanding workshop in which the guest addressed the queries of all the participants and provided valuable insights and advice for positive career outcomes”

CT Group Managing Director Manbir Singh said that such personality development workshops must be held on continuous basis for the overall grooming of the students which are also need of hour today due to challenging phase.
