Jalandhar, March 19, 2024: CT Group Hosts Seminar on Voting Awareness and EVM Training CT Group's Department of Student Welfare, in collaboration with SVEEP, the Election Commission of India, is proud to announce the successful organization of a seminar focusing on voting awareness and hands-on training on Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs). Through interactive sessions and practical demonstrations, participants gained valuable insights into the significance of voting and the functioning of EVMs.
The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including Chief Guest Sh. Jasbir Singh PCS, ADC of Urban Development Jalandhar and District Nodal Officer for SVEEP Jalandhar. Guests of Honor included Dr. Surjit Lal, Assistant District Nodal Officer for SVEEP, Pr. Sat Pal Sodhi, SVEEP Nodal Officer for Jalandhar Cantt., and Pr. Surinder Pal, Assistant SVEEP Nodal Officer for Jalandhar Cantt.
In his opening remarks, Chief Guest Jasbir Singh emphasized the importance of active participation in the electoral process and commended CT Group for its initiative in promoting voting awareness. The guests of honor also shared valuable insights and encouraged participants to exercise their democratic rights responsibly.
Sh. Sandeep Sagar, Master Trainer for EVMs through hands-on training aimed to foster voting awareness among students and staff while equipping them with a thorough comprehension of the electoral process.
