CT Group observes International Day of Yoga promoting the Theme Yoga for Self and Society
CT Group observed the International Day of Yoga across all its campuses, embracing this year’s theme, "Yoga for Self and Society."
Jalandhar, June 21, 2024: CT Group observed the International Day of Yoga across all its campuses, embracing this year’s theme, "Yoga for Self and Society."
The celebrations commenced at the CT Group Shahpur campus and extended to the CT Group Maqsudan campus, CT World School, and CT Public School. Staff, faculty, and students enthusiastically participated, embodying the spirit of unity and wellness.
The purpose of observing this day is to promote community building and raise awareness of the numerous benefits of yoga. They say, "Yoga adds years to your life and life to your years."
At the CT Group of Institutions, Maqsudan Campus, a yoga session was held for staff, faculty, and students. Participants showcased various skills, depicting beauty and balance in their yoga poses. The CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur Campus, hosted a special yoga and happiness session by Rajan Syal, founder of Parindey Academy, with enthusiastic participation from all staff and faculty.
CT Public School observed Yoga Day virtually this year. Abhishek, a certified yoga trainer, guided students and teachers through various asanas and meditation techniques. Vice-Principal Sukhdeep Kaur initiated the session, encouraging everyone to experience yoga's enhancement of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
