Jalandhar, April 5, 2025: The Department of Management Studies at CT Institute of Management and Information Technology (CTIMIT), North Campus, Maqsudan, organized the much-awaited fourth edition of its flagship event – The Management Carnival – KSHITIJ 4.0. The vibrant celebration offered students a perfect blend of fun and learning, encapsulating the true spirit of college life.
The carnival featured a wide spectrum of activities aimed at nurturing creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Events such as Business Rangoli, Business Quiz, Mehndi, Picture Interpretation, Collage Making, Best Out of Waste, Solo Singing, Solo Dance, Group Dance, and Fashion Show kept the energy levels high and the creative sparks flying. Students participated with great zeal, showcasing their talents and innovative ideas in an atmosphere of healthy competition and camaraderie.
Dr. Anurag Sharma, Campus Director, further added, “Happiness cannot be attained through achievement. The secret to success is happiness; if you are successful, you will love what you are doing.”
Deputy Director Dr. Ramandeep Gautam appreciated the efforts of the organizing team and the student participants, stating, “KSHITIJ 4.0 reflects the true spirit of education beyond classrooms. Such events help nurture leadership, team spirit, and creative thinking.”
The event concluded with a grand prize distribution ceremony, where Dr. Anurag Sharma and Dr. Ramandeep Gautam felicitated the winners with certificates, trophies, and medals. The Overall Trophy was proudly secured by the Department of Management, while the Runner-Up Trophy was bagged by the CT College of Education, recognizing their outstanding performances and spirited participation.
