Jalandhar, August 3, 2023: CT Group, a leading educational institution, successfully organized it's much-awaited Aarambh 2023 - a comprehensive Five-day Induction Ceremony to warmly welcome and acclimate new students at both CT Group Shahpur and CT Group Maqsudan campuses. The program was designed to help students become familiar with college culture, acquaint them with faculty, and give them insight into the courses offered.
The induction ceremony saw an impressive turnout of fresh faces eager to embark on a transformative journey of learning and growth. CT Group Shahpur and CT Group Maqsudan campuses buzzed with excitement and vibrancy. This was because the new students, accompanied by their families, were greeted with open arms by faculty members, staff, and senior students.
The Lamp Lighting and Saraswati Vandana ceremonies were conducted to commence the upcoming academic session. Welcome Addresses by Managing Director Dr. Manbir Singh, South Campus Director Dr Gurpreet Singh, and North Campus Director Dr Yogesh Chhabra focused on inspiring students and faculty to strive for higher goals and maximize their potential in the upcoming year.
The day began with Dean of Academics Dr. Parminder Nain outlining academic rules and regulations, emphasizing discipline and ethical conduct. The CT Musical Society's captivating melodies infused the atmosphere with harmony and joy. Dr. Arjan Singh, Dean of Student Welfare, introduced students to CT Campus Life, showcasing the plethora of extracurricular opportunities available. Nittan Arora introduced the CCPC Department, guiding students in their career aspirations. A powerful skit on "Anti-Ragging" reinforced the institution's commitment to a safe campus environment. Anu Kiran presented CTGES and Spynmark, highlighting the institution's legacy and pursuit of excellence.
All the principals of different institutes imparted information about their various courses and industrial tie-ups. Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami, Director, Research and Innovation also welcomed the students and briefed them about the research projects carried out in the Group.
The motivational play "Jeena Isika Naam Hai" inspired students with perseverance and positivity. Chairman CT Group Charanjit Singh Channi address offered wisdom and encouragement, motivating students to aim high and contribute to society. The event culminated with a lively Bhangra performance, celebrating the rich cultural heritage of the region and fostering unity among students.
