Jalandhar, December 9, 2023: In the festive spirit of Christmas, the Hotel Management students at CT Institute of Management & IT embarked on a remarkable journey to create Punjab's Tallest Christmas Cake. The collaborative effort of around 50 students resulted in a towering 12-foot masterpiece, bringing a unique and delightful celebration to life.
Dr. Rohit Sharma, Principal of Hotel Management, expressed excitement about the initiative, highlighting its significance in providing students with a platform to showcase their skills and contribute to their professional growth. The dedicated students invested three days of tireless collaboration, culminating in the impressive creation of the towering Christmas cake.
The event drew the attention of esteemed guests, including Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group; Tanika Channi, a core team member; Dr. Yogesh Chhabra, Campus Director; Dr. Ramandeep Gautam, Assistant Director, along with faculty members and students. The atmosphere buzzed with festive joy and camaraderie.
Adding to the merriment, an advanced Christmas cake-cutting ceremony and spirited carol-singing enhanced the joyful ambience. The celebration featured foot-tapping music, creating lasting memories for everyone present.
