Ludhiana, December 10, 2024: CT Institute of Hospitality Management organized a grand and traditional Cake Mixing Ceremony, marking the beginning of the festive season with joy, tradition, and culinary artistry. The event was graced by esteemed guests from the hospitality industry, adding a professional touch to the celebrations.

The ceremony featured the HR Manager, Chandan; the F&B Manager, Ramesh Chander; and the Executive Chef, Sunil Kumar, from Park Plaza, Jalandhar. Their expertise and presence inspired both students and faculty, making the event a memorable learning experience.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Sunil Kumar, students and faculty enthusiastically mixed an assortment of dry fruits, nuts, spices, and aromatic liquors.

Dr Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group of Institutions, emphasized the significance of the tradition, stating, “The Cake Mixing Ceremony is a cherished tradition in the hospitality industry, symbolizing joy, togetherness, and the spirit of Christmas.”
