CT Institute of Hospitality Management organises Naivedyam 3.0

Jalandhar, September 20, 2024: CT Institute of Hospitality Management hosted Naivedyam 3.0, an inter-college hospitality fest that saw over 150 participants from more than 20 renowned institutions. The event featured a range of exciting competitions, including Hunky Brains, Crisp the Crushed, Mocktails Mixology, Innovative Baked Dessert, and Indian Food Fiesta.

Participants came from institutions such as AIHM Chandigarh, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya Jalandhar, IHM Meerut, Lovely Professional University Phagwara, CT Group, Maqsudan Campus, Gulzar Group of Institutes, Doaba College Jalandhar, PCTE Group of Institutions, CT University, GNA University and more.

In the Baked Indian Dessert competition, Lovely Professional University took first place, followed by AIHM Chandigarh and Krystal Cooking Classes. Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University won Hunky Brains, with IHM Meerut second and GNA University third. PCTE Group of Institutions secured first in Crisp the Crushed, while Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University and AIHM Chandigarh followed in second and third. In Mocktails Mixology, Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University was first, with Gulzar Group of Institutes second and AIHM Chandigarh third; Doaba College Jalandhar received a consolation prize. Finally, in the Indian Food Fiesta, AIHM Chandigarh won first, followed by Dev Bhoomi Uttarakhand University and Krystal Cooking Classes.

The Guests of Honor for the event were Chef Naman Arora from Naman Pizzeria & Bistro Panchkula, Amit Kaura, the influencer behind The Whiskeypedia, and Chef Nellu Kaura, founder of Chefkala.

Present at the event were Co-Chairperson Parminder Kaur, Managing Director of CT Group Dr. Manbir Singh, Joint Managing Director Tanika Channi, and Principal of CTIHM Divoy Chhabra. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Manbir Singh commented, "Naivedyam 3.0 has been a wonderful platform for students to showcase their creativity and culinary expertise."
