CT Institute of Law Students Explore Real-World Legal Practices at Lok Adalat
The students of CT Institute of Law, accompanied by Principal Dr. Manavpreet Kaur, actively participated in the National Lok Adalat, presided over by esteemed judicial officers, including District and Sessions Judge Nirbhau Singh Gill, Chief Judicial Magistrate Rahul Kumar Azad, and Judicial Magistrate Arjan Singh Sandhu.
Jalandhar, December 14, 2024: The students of CT Institute of Law, accompanied by Principal Dr. Manavpreet Kaur, actively participated in the National Lok Adalat, presided over by esteemed judicial officers, including District and Sessions Judge Nirbhau Singh Gill, Chief Judicial Magistrate Rahul Kumar Azad, and Judicial Magistrate Arjan Singh Sandhu.
This enriching experience offered students a firsthand understanding of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. They observed live case proceedings and the amicable settlement of disputes across civil, matrimonial, and motor accident claims. The session underscored the significance of Lok Adalats in reducing litigation burdens and ensuring accessible justice.
