CT Institute of Management Studies organizes fun filled Lit Fiesta event for students
The students from BBA and MBA background showcased their marketing skills
Jalandhar: In order to hone the management skills of students, CT Institute of Management Studies (CTIMS) organiseda fun filled event called Lit Fiesta- a marketing skill based event with a touch of culture. It was an inter departmental event in which the students from Business Management, Engineering, Pharmacy and Hotel Management etc participated in the different activities.
The students from BBA and MBA background showcased their marketing skills by portraying various stalls like Games, Eatables, Art and so on. They sold their items to the target audience i.e. the students and staff who became the speculators and witness of the cultural event. At the same time it was a corporate strategy being adopted by the students as on one hand they entertained them by showcasing cultural like dance, singing, acting, standup and many more alike and on the other hand they targeted them to sell their items being put up at various stalls.
Dr. GS Kalra, Campus Director said that the marketing Maestros learned a lot from this event about how one can identify the market, target the potential customers and can use the skills to render services and products to them.
CT Group Managing Director Manbir Singh and Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh graced the occasion and appreciated the efforts of the department for honing their management and marketing skills by organizing this fun filled learning event.
