CT University’s Harmanpreet represent Punjab in Flag Football Championship in USA

Ludhiana, February 26, 2019: It’s a proud moment for the campus, as CT University’s Harmanpreet Kaur, a student of School of Engineering and Technology represented Punjab, in the Indian team, in Flag Football Championship, held recently in United States of America (USA). Total 10 teams competed from various countries and Indian team graced the 4th position in the category of High Level team. Harmanpreet Kaur, a BTech CSE 4th semester student was the only one from Punjab state who played on an International level. On her victory she said, “I owe this to CT University and my family. With God’s grace I got my first break with the help of Department of Sports of CTU. The sports staff encouraged me to play and got me a chance to play in USA. The experience in USA was amazing.” Vice Chancellor, Dr Harsh Sadawarti congratulated the student and said, “We are all proud of her. CT University always encourages students to bring out the best in them. I congratulate Harman, her family and the department of Sports and Physical Education.”
