CT University, in collaboration with its Department of Student Welfare and the Sports Department, celebrated National Sports Day with great fervor and enthusiasm. The event was organized to commemorate the birth anniversary of Major Dhyan Chand, the legendary Indian hockey player who brought immense pride to the nation.

The celebrations saw vibrant participation from students, faculty, and staff members, all coming together to honour Major Dhyan Chand and engage in a day full of sports. The occasion was graced by the presence of Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh, Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi, Director of the Department of Student Welfare Davinder Singh, Sports head Gurdeep Singh Gill and other esteemed faculty members.
The day's activities included an array of sports such as Football, Volleyball, Basketball, and Swimming, as well as indoor games like Table Tennis, Chess, and Carrom. The spirited participation showcased the dedication and enthusiasm of students, embodying the true spirit of sportsmanship.
Adding to the celebrations, a cake-cutting ceremony was held to mark the significance of the day. The event brought everyone together, further fostering a sense of unity and camaraderie within the university.
