CT University collaborates with IBM to launch specialized courses

Ludhiana:

CT University has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with International Business Machines (IBM) India Pvt Ltd. to launch B. Tech in CSE (4 years) with specialization in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security and Forensics.

Along with this, the collaboration is also done to launch BCA (3 years) with specialization in Cyber Security and Forensic, BBA (3 years) and MBA (2 years) with specialization in Business Analytics. The aim is to develop sufficient industry needed skills for manpower on critical emerging technology area such as Cloud, Mobility, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence and Cyber security.   

The team of IBM Pvt. Ltd. officials deliberated that the programs bring together the current software content, real-world industry experiences, hands on lab courses and case studies for the participants. The participants will receive Joint Certificate at the completion of the degree.

Meanwhile, CTU Vice Chancellor Dr Harsh Sadawarti, said, “Every business in the world or every corporate shall need AI to civilise and digest big data and make sense out of it. Indeed, this collaboration with nourish the students to become the faces of tomorrow and experts of such much needed domains.”
