Ludhiana, August 4, 2023: CT University takes immense pride in successfully organizing its Foundation Skill Program 2023, empowering freshly admitted first-year students and 10+2 passed students with essential skills for higher education.
The comprehensive 6-week Foundation Program covered a diverse range of crucial areas, preparing participants for their academic journey. Through intensive training in key concepts related to their selected domains, students enhanced their understanding and knowledge base. A significant focus was placed on communication skills in English, empowering students to express their ideas with confidence and precision.
Beyond academic development, the Foundation Program emphasized study skills and soft skills training, fostering adaptability and effective learning strategies. This holistic approach aimed to nurture students' overall personality and character, creating well-rounded individuals.
An exciting aspect of the Foundation Program was the chance for participants to explore art, culture, and gain orientation in NCC (National Cadet Corps), promoting a well-rounded and all-encompassing development. Co-curricular activities allowed students to showcase their talents and build camaraderie.
The Valedictory ceremony was a vibrant celebration of the successful completion of the Foundation Program. Students participated in various activities, including bhangra, Giddha, singing, and modeling, showcasing their exceptional talents. Numerous students received well-deserved titles and recognitions for their outstanding performances.
Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi and Pro Vice Chancellor Abhishek Tripathi motivated and encouraged the students during the ceremony. The modelling event saw Principal of CT Degree College Ms. Hardeep Kaur, Senior Manager - Operations to Vice Chancellor's Secretariat Ms. Mandeep Kaur, Project Officer Mr. Rahil, and Deputy Director Cultural Affairs Ms. Sarghi as judges, adding glamour and talent to the event. The Head of Professional Enhancement Cell, Ms. Sudhashree Parvati, and her team played a crucial role in the successful execution of the program.
Each participant received a certificate as a testament to their dedication and successful completion of the Foundation Program.
