The program commenced with a formal welcome by Dr. Manbir Singh, Pro Chancellor, who extended his warm regards to the new students, emphasizing the university's commitment to holistic education. Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh also welcomed the new students, expressing his delight at seeing so many bright and enthusiastic individuals ready to embark on their educational journey at CT University.
Dr. Abhishek Tripathi, Vice Chancellor, encouraged students to excel both academically and personally, while Dr. Nittin Tondon, Pro Vice Chancellor, highlighted the importance of discipline and determination. Sanjay Khanduri, Deputy Registrar, also addressed the students, emphasizing the support available to them.
Dr. Simranjeet Kaur Gill, Dean of Academics, provided an overview of academic rules and regulations, ensuring students were informed about university expectations.
The program featured an impactful skit on anti-ragging, reinforcing the university’s zero-tolerance policy. Mr. Rajesh Kapoor, Director of Corporate Resource Centre, discussed the numerous placement opportunities available to students, while Mr. Pradip Kumar Yadava, Controller of Examinations, briefed them on examination rules. Er. Davinder Singh, Director of Student Welfare, showcased the vibrant student life at CT University.
New Students Joined "Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam": Each new student planted a tree as part of this initiative, symbolizing growth and responsibility.
