CT University holds Everest Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge Season-3
The Everest Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge Season-3 was held at CT University. In this National level culinary challenge, 30 teams took part from different Universities and Hotel Management Institutes of Punjab along with teams from CT University.
Ludhiana, April 18, 2022: The Everest Better Kitchen Culinary Challenge Season-3 was held at CT University. In this National level culinary challenge, 30 teams took part from different Universities and Hotel Management Institutes of Punjab along with teams from CT University. It was mesmerizing to watch the versatility in each participant. Every student was so sporty at their respective cooking stations and each one of them came up with mouth watering dishes matching the theme "Flavors of India".
The event was hosted by School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism, CT University under the guidance of Dr. Amit Kumar, Head of School. Chef Gautam Mehrishi remained the chief guest; Chef Vikas Chawla, Chef Vishwavdeep Bali and Chef Sandeep were amongst the jury panel. Ekta Bhargava, Veerendra from Better kitchen and Chef Nellu Kaura from Chef Kala also graced the occasion. All of them interacted with the students and guided them for their future.
Dr. Amit Kumar, Head of School said that it was a great learning for all those who were involved and he thanked guests for giving the opportunity to host the event. He further said, it was also great to see the enthusiasm in the students towards culinary as their career. Students were really very creative and innovative while making and presetting their dishes reflecting the flavors of India.
On this occasion Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor CT University was also present. He thanked the Everest and team better kitchen for their full support and honored the Chief Guest & the Jury members.
