CT University hosts 2nd International Multidisciplinary Academic & Research Conference, 2023

Ludhiana, March 10, 2023: Embarking at one of its flagship Conferences International Multidisciplinary Academic and Research Conference (IMARC) in campus CT University, Ludhiana, hosted 2nd International Multidisciplinary Academic and Research Conference (IMARC 2023) with more than 200 participants sharing their research and innovations. The Conference started off with an inspirational and enthusiastic welcome address by the Vice Chancellor (off.) Dr. Satish Kumar welcoming the Management of CT University, Chief Guest, Keynote Speakers, Session Chairs, participants and Faculty of CT University. Highlighting the aim of 2nd IMARC 2023 Dr. Satish pressed upon the importance and linkage between academia and research.

The Chief Guest of the event Dr. Baldev Setia, Director, Punjab Engineering College, (PEC) Chandigarh adding to Dr. Satish´s point highlighted and culled out the true value of Multidisciplinary Conferences and their correlation with academia and research. He also congratulated the organizers, management of CT University for bringing up such an international platform for the scholars. The keynote address for the Conference was presented by Dr. Bassant Eyada, Dean, College of Media, City University, Ajman, she spoke on the role and relevance of artificial intelligence in day to day lives of people. Thereafter, Dr. Vishal Diwan, Faculty of Medicine, University of Queensland spoke on the relevance of medical research in academia and how the two are influencing each other; Dr. Ioan-Cosmin Mihai, Cyber Training Officer, CEPOL on the other hand shared the cyber threats due to technological advancements and how internationally these are being taken care off.

Paper presentations by the participants was split in 6 tracks.After the successful completion of paper presentations marked the facilitation of best paper awards from the 6 Tracks respectively. Dr. Sukhdeep and Navdeep Singh from Engineering, Sanjay Singh in Hospitality Management/Tourism track, Kangan Syal in Management/Commerce, Ananya Das in Humanities/ Education/ Social Sciences, Soumya Pharmaceutical & Allied Sciences/Applied Sciences, Charanjit Kaur Law won the best paper award in their respective tracks.

After the award distribution and valedictory the event was concluded by vote of thanks by the Convener of the Conference, Dr. Sachit Vardhan, Deputy Dean Research.

On this occasion, CT University’s Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi, Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir, Vice Chancellor (off.) Dr. Satish Kumar , CT Group’s Director Research Dr. Jasdeep Kaur Dhami , CT University’s Registrar Sarabpreet Singh, Director Planning and Development Ati Priye, Dr. Sachit Vardhan, Dy.
