CT University hosts Mr Strongman & Ms Strongwoman India

Simran bags title of Ms. India in bodybuilding competition at CT University

Ludhiana, November 26, 2018: CT University (CTU) hosted Mr India, Mr Strongman India, Mrs India, Mrs Strongwoman India and ‘Mr Best Physique in association with Salina Gym, Jagraon. The event saw the presence of Guests namely Pushpinder Singh, from Salina Gym, Harvinder Singh, Akhshit Jain, Mayor of Moga along with CT University Vice Chancellor Dr.Harsh Sadawarti and faculty members of University campus.

Around 400 players displayed their fitness and executed their talent of maintaining such a great and fit physique. A total of cash 5 Lakh was distributed among the winners and participants.

The title of ‘Mr India’ was lifted by Bunty who won motor bike, supplements, medals and cups. ‘Mr Strongman India title was bagged by Jagseer Singh Manga, Ms India title was bagged by Simran Brar who won cash prize of Rs. 15,000. Ms Strongwoman India title was won by Angel Love. Whereas the title of Mr Best Physique was bagged by Akshit.

Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CTU said that female gender is always taken to be weaker section of society but this weight lifting part tells us that even women are no less than anyone. Women are and will be making their identity as being strong and perfect.

Manbir Singh, Managing Director, CTU said “Women are no less in any field. They are actually bench markers. The power they displayed showed their hard work and inspires to youth to give up drugs and follow such an enthusiasm for one’s own passion.”
