Ludhiana August 15, 2024: On the occasion of the 78th Independence Day, marking 77 glorious years of freedom, CT University proudly celebrated with the theme "Viksit Bharat".


The campus was adorned with patriotism as the day commenced with a spirited march past by the NCC Cadets, NSS Volunteers and students of CT University. Flag hoisting ceremony was organised. A collective display of unity, discipline, and devotion was seen. Event was organised by Department of Student welfare With NSS and NCC unit.

Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi delivered an inspiring speech, acknowledging the nation builders' contributions and expressing gratitude for their tireless efforts. He emphasized the importance of unity and dedication in building a prosperous India.

The celebrations concluded with a renewed pledge to serve the nation with unwavering duty. The presence of Chancellor Charanjit Singh Channi, Pro Chancellor Dr. Manbir Singh, Vice Chancellor Dr. Abhishek Tripathi, Dean Academics Dr. Simran, and Director of Department of Student Welfare Davinder Singh added significance to the event.
