CT University marks International Yoga Day
Yoga helps one to purify not just the human body but human soul. For celebrating the importance of Yoga in life, CT University’s Department of Sports and Physical Education marked International Yoga Day.
Ludhiana, June 21, 2022: Yoga helps one to purify not just the human body but human soul. For celebrating the importance of Yoga in life, CT University’s Department of Sports and Physical Education marked International Yoga Day.
Keeping the 2022’s theme “Yoga for Humanity” on mind, the trainer conducted a yoga session offline at the University campus. The event was graced by Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti along with a few staff members. The audience was motivated to opt yoga and perform every day to stay fit and lead a healthy life in order to strengthen the immune system.
Dr Pravin Kumar, Directorate of Sports said, “This day is important in two ways, one is that we can dedicate this day to yoga and other is solidifying the immune system in this tough period.”
Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CTU thanked members who marked this day and expressed that all must perform yoga every day in order to live a healthier life.
