CT University marks ‘Pollution Control Day’
Ludhiana, December 2, 2021: Following the “No Vehicle Day” inside campus, CT University marked ‘Pollution Control Day’ by organizing various activities.
A Poster Making competition was organized where students displayed charts with the message of controlling pollution and marking no pollution at all. Many faculty members reached the campus by riding bicycles. A Nukkad Natak promoting save mother Earth was also held in the campus. Towards the end of the day, students had a foot rally.
Dr Sachin Sharma, Director Students Affairs, said, “Students and faculty had a keen interest in following all the norms for the day as everyone knows how important is to control pollution. The students are also interested in making this an everyday habit. We are doing our part; I hope we inspire others as well.”
On this occasion Chancellor Charanjit S Channi, Managing Director Manbir Singh, Vice Chairman Harpreet Singh and Vice Chancellor Dr. Harsh Sadawarti were also present.
