CT University Organises Punjab Youth Conference- Model Lok Sabha

Ludhiana, August 23, 2022: Punjab Youth Conference was organized from 20-21 August at Ludhiana by team PYC and CT University.
Punjab Youth Conference is a grandiose opportunity for young minds to experience the functioning of the parliamentary democracy. A platform of such kind provides an extraordinary opportunity to the young minds to develop an understanding about the role of diplomats and deliberations done by the legislative bodies in shaping up laws.
Mock of Lok Sabah was being organized in which students represented various members of parliament deliberation was held on topic roadmap for establishing peace in Kashmir. Main emphasis was given on restoring democracy with elections in J & k along with that students got opportunity to interact with Ex- Education Ministers of Punjab, Pargat Singh, leaders of major political parties and stakeholders which include Daljeet Singh Cheema, , Harjeet Singh Grewal, Rajni Bector stakeholders in which topic for discussion was about gangster culture and education system nowadays in Punjab.
Chancellor, CT University, Charanjit Singh Channi and ADCP, Ludhiana, Tushar Gupta was the Chief Guests of the event. Advocate Ravitej Singh played the role of speaker, Saurav Bajaj and Samarbir Singh played the roles of Deputy Speakers respectively. Student of School of Law, CT University, Vishwaas Vaid represented PM Narendra Modi and won prize for Best Parliamentarian.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chancellor awarded the winners and interacted with the students and said that CT University is proud to organize such a meaningful debate event. This also shows that the future of Punjab will be in the hands of knowledgeable young leaders.
