Ludhiana, December 22, 2022: CT University organized Cancer Awareness Program in Association with International Human Rights Organization. Guest speaker Sonia Mann (Indian Actress and social Activist) highlighted that In India, the incidence of cancer is increasing rapidly; therefore it is important to step up cancer literacy and knowledge amongst the population.

Sonia Mann (Indian Actress and social Activist) said “Awareness will lead to early detection which is important in the management and treatment of cancer and also prevention by making necessary changes in lifestyle. She also highlighted that the Usage of Fertilizers is leading to Cancer.


Charanjit Singh Channi, Chancellor, CT University said ‘It’s an effort to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of cancer through education. ‘ Dr.Satish Kumar, Vice Chancellor (OFF.), CTU Thanked the guests.
