CT University organized Session on “How to Be a Successful Entrepreneur?”

Ludhiana, October 4, 2022: CT University Ludhiana gave importance on the session of "How to be a successful entrepreneur" by the department of CRC.
 
Its an  initiative to bring together young entrepreneurs from various fields, organized an expert session on "How to be a successful entrepreneur" where the invited keynote speaker was the leading Industry Tycoon of Ludhiana,  Mandeep Pahwa, Director, Avon Cycles, Dr.Anil Sethi, Advisor to the Management of Avon Cycles and Dr. Jagdeep Kumar Sharma, Director, Gagan Jagdeep Private Limited.


 
 Mandeep  Pahwa shared his entrepreneurial journey with the students and guided them that any successful entrepreneur requires business agility, with the ability to learn and adapt to new methods, processes or technology that can make their business stronger and more efficient. He said that Market needs have always been dynamic, both the business and consumer worlds are ever-changing and what worked years; even months ago might not work tomorrow.
 
Dr. Satish Kumar, Officiating Vice Chancellor, CT University said that being an entrepreneur means you are your own manager, as well as the manager of others. Your skills need to be extensive in order to be successful. An entrepreneur should be able to effectively manage people, a budget, operations, and in some instances, investors.
 
Ati Priye, Director of Planning and Development added that an entrepreneurial spirit is a mindset. It’s an attitude and approach to thinking that actively seeks out change, rather than waiting to adapt to change. It’s a mindset that embraces critical questioning, innovation, service, and continuous improvement.
 
The session was ended by a vote of thanks by Dr. Anil Sethi who said that successful entrepreneurs are never too proud to accept when there are new opportunities to enhance their offering and better satisfy the needs of their customers and the market as a whole.
