CT University students work on rainwater management system solution project
Through this project, the students were asked to use Waste Water Pits Technique to prevent rain water from accumulating
Ludhiana, February 7, 2022: CT University, under its unique initiative, awarded a project called 'Rain Water Management System Solution' for hands on practice to B.Tech final year students. Through this project, the students were asked to use Waste Water Pits Technique to prevent rain water from accumulating.
The key objective of this project is to prevent the diseases caused by stagnant water and on the other hand, by treating the rain water through which clean water is sent to the earth that proves to be supportive in raising the ground water level. .
The students used the Waste Water Management Technique through Geographical Survey and Topographical Survey in this project. The students were guided by Assistant Prof. Navdeep Singh and Dr. J K Sharma, Director-Research, Industry Interface and Innovation, CT University.
Dr. J K Sharma said that such research work not only helps the society but also creates more employment opportunities. He also said that for such research projects would be taken from the villages and industry through our University so that the students could earn while studying.
Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CT University and Vice Chairman, CT University Harpreet Singh presented certificates to the students for the success of their project.
