CT Varsity organises photography contest ‘pop culture’
Head of School, Kiranpreet Kaur, wished the students good luck
Ludhiana: CT University’s School of Design & Innovation organized a Fashion photography contest with the theme ‘Pop Culture’. The event was adjudged by Jaswinder Singh Sekhon, Assistant Director Cultural Affairs, CT University.
Various entries came across on the same theme. Meanwhile, Tanvir Kaur, Assistant Professor, said, “The aim of the event was to enhance the personality and confidence of students, keeping inside the educational intellect. With such events students can showcase their glamorous and creative side; and photography is a silent was to express emotions.”
The students were judged on the basis of their understanding of theme, photography, props, pop colour scheme etc. The 1st prize was awarded to Hardeep Kaur, M.Sc. Fashion Design; 2nd Prize was awarded by Samriti, (CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur), B.Sc. Fashion Design and 3rd Prize grabbed by Jaspreet Kaur (CT Group of Institutions, Shahpur), B.Sc. Fashion Design.
Head of School, Kiranpreet Kaur, wished the students good luck and said that they are looking forward to encourage new paradigm of education with more exposure in various professions in designing for the students.
