CT World School wins Bronze medal in Roller Skating Championship

Jalandhar, January 11, 2023: CT World School emphasizes strongly on sports and physical development and believes that sports have a huge impact on the holistic development of a child. It believes in mass participation, exposing the students to a number of sports events at the inter-school, state, and national levels. Keeping this spirit alive, a student of CT World School Sukhnoor Gagan Singh brought laurels to the school by bagging a Bronze medal in the All India Open Promotional Roller Skating Championship held at Fatehgarh, Amritsar(Punjab). Out of 150 participants, Sukhnoor Singh proved his mettle under the age group 12 in the category Quad (500 mtr.) and represented Roller skating in a profound way. Sukhnoor Gagan Singh is an enthusiastic learner and has also proved his mettle earlier by bagging distinctive positions in curricular and co-curricular activities.
On this proud moment, Madhu Sharma, Principal of CT World School remarked that our sports curriculum is planned and designed for students to develop and enhance skills like strength, speed, endurance, and balance and now sports have also evolved as a form of entertainment and also offers promising careers. She praised the student for his wonderful performance and wished him the best for his future.
Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman of CT Group congratulated the winners and remarked that such competitions offer a chance for participants to gain substantial experience, showcase skills, analyze and evaluate outcomes and uncover personal aptitude.
