To actualize the vision of learner-centric education, he stressed on the formulation of higher education programmes based on the Learning Outcome based Curriculum Framework, multidisciplinary education approach, and flexible entry-exit options. He underlined that an appropriate course curriculum should also be accompanied by engaging pedagogy and formative assessment to provide an optimum learning environment for learners.
