Ludhiana, August 16, 2019: A customer meet was convened by Oriental Bank of Commerce, Circle Office, Ludhiana on August 14. About 60-70 customers of bank participated in the programme.
In the meeting, the customers associated with the bank for more than three decades were felicitated by the Deputy General Manager of Bank, Mousumi Majumdar.
During the meeting, the new initiative taken up by the bank to augment the customer service were discussed. The customers associated with the bank for a long period were also honoured, by giving then citation and a plant in token of the commitment of bank towards the improvement in environment as its corporate social responsibility in presence of Sanjeev Ranjan and Somesh Singh Assistant General Manager of Bank.
It was informed in meeting that bank has undertaken a plantation drive to undertake the plantation of 10,000 saplings in Ludhiana circle in last one fortnight. The customers while appreciating the customer services rendered by bank also extended certain valuable suggestions to improve the customer service which were taken on a serious note with an assurance of early implementation in near future.
The meeting was concluded with a vote of thanks by Somesh Singh Assistant General Manager.
