CYCLE RALLY RELATED TO VOTER AWARENESS ORGANISED

Jagraon (Ludhiana), April 26, 2019: On the directions of Election Commission of India, a cycle rally for creating awareness regarding voter awareness, was organised here today. This cycle rally started from SDM Office Jagraon and after passing through several areas of the town, ended at SDM office Jagraon. Assistant Returning Officer-cum-SDM Jagraon Dr Baljinder Singh Dhillon thanked the participants that comprised of school students, members of social organisations, government officials etc. While speaking on the occasion, Dr Dhillon urged the gathering to cast their vote in a free and fair manner on May 19, 2019. He said that for the benefit of differently abled voters, women as well as senior citizens, special efforts are being made by the District Administration.
