Dance beneficial for physical and mental health

Jalandhar, April 30, 2022: World Dance Day a dance workshop was organized for the children at Dips School surranussi. Children were given information about different dance forms. Children gave a very beautiful and attractive performance of Kathak, Western, Fusion, Gidda, Bhangra, Himachali, salsa, belley etc dance. During this, children were given a platform on which they could dance without any hesitation and with full enthusiasm. During this he was not judged in any way but he was inspired to come on stage and dance with friends.
Teachers told the children that dance is not only a hobby or a profession, but it is also very beneficial for our health in the medical term. Dance is a very good tool for making the body healthy, reducing weight, keeping the mind stress-free and always happy, increasing stamina, keeping the heart healthy, keeping the body toned and making the muscles of the shoulders and legs strong. The biggest advantage of this is that we can learn dance ourselves at home.
The principal bela appreciated the efforts of the children and said that dance is a way through which we can express our feelings and thoughts well. Indian dance is a very rich heritage which has now made its place in foreign countries as well.
