DISTRICT BUREAU OF EMPLOYMENT & ENTERPRISES (DBEE) STARTS ONLINE CAREER COUNSELLING FACILITY FOR UNEMPLOYED YOUTH

Ludhiana: In view of the ongoing lockdown/curfew due to Novel Coronavirus (COVID 19) pandemic, the Punjab government, under its Ghar Ghar Rozgar Scheme and through the District Bureau of Employment & Enterprises (DBEE) have started online career counselling facility for the unemployed youth of district Ludhiana. This facility have been started so that the youth can get information related to different careers by staying at home.
Deputy Commissioner Mr Pradeep Kumar Agrawal informed that the online career counselling facility for the unemployed youth of district Ludhiana has been started by keeping in mind the ongoing lockdown/curfew. He informed that the career counsellors would also provide detailed information regarding self employment schemes along with facilities being provided by the department.
Mrs Meenakshi Sharma, Deputy Director, DBEE, Ludhiana, informed that the youth interested in online career counselling facility, can contact DBEE Career Counsellor Mrs Nidhi Singhi at her mobile number 9872808647. She informed that this facility would be available from 9 am to 5 pm.
