DC launches Mission Um’eed - Ek Zaria
Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney on Friday launched “Mission Um’eed - Ek Zaria” to provide livelihood opportunities and hand holding of wards and dependents of Leprosy patients.
Ludhiana, March 15 Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney on Friday launched “Mission Um’eed - Ek Zaria” to provide livelihood opportunities and hand holding of wards and dependents of Leprosy patients.
The details and data of all aspirants who aim to be facilitated under this mission will be collected and then Wards/ Candidates will be matched to schemes/ facilities which are provided by District Bureau of Employment and Entreprises , Ludhiana, which includes but are not limited to -SHG Formation, Self Employment Schemes , Salary based Employment, Skill Trainings and any other and all Schemes suitable to their needs and interests. Handholding of the wards of Leprosy patients will be done by the DBEE team to ensure end to end support.
