This year’s DCM MUN is built on open minds and fresh ideas underlining the theme “Bringing Global Student Community Together”. The opening day of the Virtual DCM MUN 2020 bore ample testimony to this fact.
The pulsations in the ambiance could be felt even in the virtual mode as the Opening Ceremony on 17th July brought together an ensemble of eminent guests alongside a concoction of charged-up student ambassadors representing five committees viz UNHRC, UNSC, UNGA, WHO and NITI Aayog.
A Virtual MUN of this stature would have never sufficed without the unflinching support of Mr.Anirudh Gupta, CEO, DCM Group of Schools. Principal, Ms.Rajni Kalra while sharing her views during the Welcome Address emphasized that it was indeed heartening to see such a large and enthusiastic group of youngsters engaged in global issues; even while in the virtual mode, representing various countries, coming together to find solutions to problems through constructive debate and an exchange of ideas.
